30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We proudly offer a 30-day Return & Refund Policy because we believe you should feel completely confident with every purchase. If something’s not quite right, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving it. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for purchases made more than 30 days ago.

You're Eligible for a Return or Refund If:

  • We sent you the wrong item – Our mistake! We’ll fix it at no extra cost to you.

  • Your item arrived damaged – If the product was harmed during shipping, just reach out and we’ll help arrange an exchange or refund.

  • There’s a defect – If your bag isn’t up to the quality you expected due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll make it right.

  • Tampering or concerns about integrity – Noticed something off or suspicious with the packaging or product? Let us know right away.

A Few Important Things to Know

  • Changed your mind? While we understand that preferences can shift, we’re not able to accept returns or offer refunds based on a change of mind.

  • Restocking Fee: All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee to help cover inspection, processing, and restocking costs.

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return gets to us safely.

  • Transaction Fee: If you decide to cancel your order or request a refund, a 5% transaction fee will apply. This helps us cover non-reversible payment processing fees.

Refund Process: What to Expect

Once we receive your return, we’ll take a quick look to make sure it meets our return guidelines. We’ll send you an email letting you know we’ve got it and update you on your refund status. If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed within a few business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Picked up something during a sale? No worries—sale items are eligible for returns, refunds, and exchanges too, as long as they meet the 30-day return window and the conditions outlined above.
